Depending on your position and training, you'll: Greet customers and provide friendly, fast service Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals Prepare McDonald's World Famous food Work alongside Crew Members and Managers to achieve daily goals Keep work areas, equipment, lobby, and restaurant clean and organized Follow food safety and quality standards Learn multiple positions throughout the restaurant Have fun while being part of a team! WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR You must be 16 years of age or older to work as a Crew Team Member. Experience isn't required – we'll teach you!
