What you'll do: Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers, help customers understand their options and make recommendations based on their individual needs, prospect, follow up on leads, networking and representing the agency throughout the community, work as part of a collaborative and supportive team

What you'll receive: Hourly plus competitive commission structure, paid time off (earned vacation and personal/sick days), flexible hours when possible, opportunity for growth and advancement, expense and licensing reimbursement, hiring bonus after a successful introductory period

Who we are looking for: Positive attitudes and a problem solver, strong written, verbal, and listening skills, able to work independently and as part of a team, organized and dependable, previous experience in sales, customer service, community outreach, or related fields is a plus
