Description

• Conduct patient evaluations in inpatient or outpatient environments and craft personalized treatment plans

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent from an accredited institution

Certifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification preferred
