Description

• Conduct evaluations of patients in both inpatient and outpatient contexts and create personalized treatment plans

• Instruct patients and their families on therapeutic goals, discharge planning, and exercises for home

Education

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a comparable degree from an accredited program

Certifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred
