Description

• Conduct evaluations for patients in inpatient or outpatient setups, crafting individualized treatment strategies

• Contribute to interdisciplinary care team meetings and round discussions to ensure seamless care coordination

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited institution

Certifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification preferred
• Additional certifications in specialized areas (e.g., neurological, geriatric) are an advantage but not mandatory
