Job Description Licensed Physical Therapist (Full-Time, 40 hrs/week) Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy (Formerly Hilltop PT) - Outpatient Ortho Location: 10504 Wakeman Dr. Fredericksburg, VA 22407 We create the opportunity — YOU make the impact. With productivity expectations below many outpatient industry standards, we prioritize sustainable caseloads, exceptional patient care, and long-term career growth. Compensation $90,000 to $115,000/year (based on location, experience, certs, etc.) If taking advantage of our clinician bonus plan, you can earn up to an additional $1,192.31 per paycheck ($31,000 annually).
