Based in Nashville, TN , this position is primarily remote , with occasional on-site responsibilities as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT infrastructure, supporting end users, and implementing systems that scale with business growth. This is a key leadership role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and taking ownership of all things IT Key Responsibilities: Oversee the company’s IT operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity Maintain and support remote and in-office work environments (hardware, software, networks) Manage software licensing, system updates, and cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.) Provide technical support to team members, resolving issues related to computers, connectivity, or systems Manage Apple OS Devices (Ipads and Iphones) Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions that improve business efficiency Manage vendor relationships and procurement of IT-related equipment and services Ensure reliable data backups and disaster recovery protocols Collaborate with leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals Required Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or managerial role Solid knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, cloud services, and endpoint management Experience supporting remote teams and cloud-based infrastructure Proficient in managing Microsoft Windows, Google Work Suite, and common SaaS platforms Strong communication skills with a customer service mindset Must be based in the Nashville, TN area and able to occasionally travel on-site as needed Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a small business or startup environment Familiarity with remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft certifications Project management experience for IT implementations or upgrades The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this classification.
