TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Saint Louis, Missouri, 63131!

Job Title: RN MS/Tele Float Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: MS/Tele Float Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 Years License: Pending License Accepted Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, IV Start, Telemetry Must-Have: Lift devices training, ceiling lifts, and bladder scanner Description: RN MS/Tele Float position available. Start date is 3-4 weeks out. Nurse to patient ratios: 1:5-6 for days and weekends, 1:6 for nights. Experience requirement is 2 years. First-time travelers are accepted. Weekend commitment is required every other weekend or a minimum of 6 weekend shifts within a 6-week schedule, including holiday rotation. Certifications required include BCLS and ACLS. IV start and telemetry skills are required. Nurses will float to all medical units such as renal, oncology, and neuro. Floating policy includes receiving unit assignments up to 1 hour before the scheduled shift. No block scheduling available. Local candidates are not accepted within a 75-mile radius. Guaranteed hours are provided, with a minimum of 3 shifts per 13 weeks. Cancellation of shifts must adhere to the assigned shift length. Special requirements include training on lift devices, ceiling lifts, and bladder scanners. Nurses will float between medical, surgical, oncology, and neuro, as well as cardiology units. Daily census will range from 28 to 50 patients, depending on the specific unit. Interdisciplinary support will include various services such as IV teams, physical therapy, and pharmacy. All travelers will float within the assigned service line.
