Summary:

The Director of Physician Recruitment Contracting and Onboarding leads the strategic and operational functions related to recruitment acquisition contracting and successful integration of physicians and advanced practice providers into the organization. This role oversees all provider workforce planning initiatives recruitment manages contracting negotiations ensures regulatory compliance and drives a seamless provider onboarding experience across a large multi-specialty group practice.

This position will play a critical role in fostering and maintaining a positive relationship between Broward Health and the employed physicians by managing the critically important and complex role of physician business arrangements.

This role ensures the organization meets current and future provider workforce needs while delivering a high-quality efficient and physician-centered recruitment contracting and onboarding experience.

The Executive Director partners closely with physician leadership operations HR legal credentialing payor enrollment marketing and finance to align recruitment efforts with organizational growth access and quality goals.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Healthcare Administration Business Administration or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.

Experience:

• 7-10+ years of progressive experience in physician or provider recruitment required.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership / management experience is required preferably in a large multispecialty or academic medical group.

Credentials:

• Professional certification (e.g. SHRM HRCI) preferred.
