This role sits at the center of our AI strategy and focuses on developing autonomous agentic systems, improving model performance, and partnering with cross functional teams to bring AI driven capabilities into production. You’ll influence the next generation of Entrata’s products and work with emerging technologies in a high impact environment.ResponsibilitiesBuild and deploy agentic AI systems that operate autonomously or semi autonomously, including goal driven agents capable of planning, learning, and adapting safely over timeOptimize AI models for performance, scalability, and reliabilityResearch, design, and deliver AI applications and algorithms that solve complex business problemsPerform testing and validation to ensure quality, safety, and alignment with business requirementsPartner with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to scope, build, and integrate AI solutionsCollect, preprocess, and analyze data to extract insights that inform AI developmentStay current on AI research and identify opportunities to apply new technologies to Entrata productsMinimum Qualifications5 to 10 years of core software development experience1 to 2 years of operational experience3 or more years of experience building AI solutionsStrong Python proficiency and solid software engineering fundamentalsStrong AWS experience across ECS or EC2, SageMaker, Bedrock, and LambdaExperience with RAG, agentic workflows, LangGraph, prompt tuning, and evaluationStrong problem solving skills and the ability to think creativelyEffective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross functional teamsPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related fieldExperience with Terraform Cloud or other infrastructure as code toolsExperience integrating AI components into production systems$144,000 - $233,100 a yearThis band covers the full salary range for the role.
