Sr HR Project Manager As a Sr HR Project Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership and oversight of a portfolio of global programs involving the strategic transformation of Human Resources Services. The target is to deliver mission‑critical projects on scope, on budget and on time, achieving significant and measurable savings and growth. Because of the global nature of the programs, there is a high level of interaction with senior global internal and external stakeholders. The HR Services Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for delivering regional and global projects that drive the strategy of HRS and the overall HR function. You will report directly to the Director of HR Project Management and will work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule. Key Responsibilities Deliver critical HR projects on scope, on budget and on time, achieving significant and measurable savings and growth. Have global team experience. Manage initiation, execution, and closure of projects according to HR project methodology. Work with Delivery leaders to design processes that will improve workflow and data quality. Create clear and attainable project objectives. Build project requirements including success measures and proven ROI. Manage project constraints around cost, time, scope, and quality to baseline. Engage appropriate resources and define/implement change management strategy. Manage overall project progress and develop, execute, and track project plans. Review progress with Steering Committee and present in regular MOS reviews. Pro‑actively manage escalations. Identify baseline and measure project benefits. Lead a team of subject matter experts in HR, IT, Finance, and other disciplines in core team meetings and deliverables, while having no direct management ownership for the team members. Qualifications Minimum 8 years’ experience as a project manager with a proven record of project impact on relevant line of business. Ability to coordinate action groups and influence ideas outside of direct reporting lines. Ability to lead, drive change, and influence subject matter experts. Experience leading large, global, and complex HR projects. PMP or Greenbelt certification; knowledge of Vision, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, project. Experience driving change and delivering bottom‑line savings. Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree in technology, business, or Information Systems is a plus. Excellent project management skills, demonstrated initiative, proactive ownership and accountability. Strong HR functional knowledge is preferable. Ability to articulate complex messages clearly to appropriate audiences. Ability to conceptualize and communicate business needs, translate them into actionable proposals, and operate at both strategic and hands‑on detail levels.
