Team Lead/Manager Big Green Contracting Inc Full Time 5–6 days/week (weekends required as needed) |$245 day |Willmar, MN Position Summary We’re looking for a motivated, dependable Full-Time Team Lead to support our delivery operations in Willmar, Minnesota. This hands‑on leadership role requires someone who can manage their own schedule, work independently, and lead a team with focus, efficiency and integrity. You’ll help launch routes, support drivers, handle daily challenges and keep operations running on time. The ideal candidate has strong time management, great communication skills and stays calm, positive, and organized even under pressure. Benefits Paid training PTO Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Opportunities for growth and development with a quickly scaling company Autonomy and responsibility with support from a collaborative team Job stability with a growing company in a secure industry Objectives Lead and support a team of 40-50 elite professional drivers Plan and execute daily dispatch, route assignments and logistics Provide on‑road support and cover delivery routes as needed Train and mentor new hires to meet safety and service expectations Maintain performance and delivery metrics, keeping operations efficient and safe Promote teamwork, positivity and professionalism among the driver team Communicate clearly and effectively with drivers, terminal staff and company leadership Competencies 1+ year of experience as a team lead/manager (any field) with a team of 40 people or more Experience in dispatch and logistics (preferred) Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and clean MVR Able to pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background check Tech‑savvy and able to learn routing and tracking systems quickly Able to lift packages up to 75lbs by hand up to 150lbs with a dolly Work in varying weather conditions Physical Requirements Get in and out of the truck, up driveways, and climb stairs all day Lift packages up to 75 lbs solo, or up to 150 lbs with dolly Push and pull loaded carts with ease Bend, reach, twist, and drive safely throughout your shift Brave all kinds of weather: heat, cold, rain, or snow Perfect for energetic, safety‑focused people who love staying active We’re Looking For Someone Who Is self‑motivated and dependable Can manage their own schedule independently using provided guidelines Thrives with autonomy , but knows when to ask for support Has strong time management skills and can stick to strict timelines Remains positive and calm under pressure , even in stressful environments Does not get easily overwhelmed and can multitask efficiently Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills Can inspire, encourage and keep the team motivated Is available for longer hours About Big Inc Contracting Big Inc Contracting, an independent service provider for FedEx, is on a mission to deliver excellence with safety, precision, and integrity .
