Great Benefits Package Available Wage range: $28.00 - $32.00/hour based on experience Schedule: This is a Full-Time position, M-F, 8:30am - 5pm. How you will make an impact: As a Maintenance Manager you will use your skills and play a crucial role in the well-being of our residents. You will be responsible for the overall management of building maintenance and physical grounds in accordance with our established procedures. You will also work in all areas of maintenance including plumbing, air-conditioning, electrical and general repairs. The Maintenance Manager will also assist with the transportation of residents to and from local appointments and/or doctors' appointments if required. You will also be responsible for the supervision of the maintenance staff. What you will need: Must maintain a license for the operation and maintenance of boilers. Must have a valid non-restricted driver’s license, insurable under company policy and be able to operate a motor vehicle. Obtain a Medical Card to maintain ability to drive bus on a normal basis. 1+ years of building maintenance experience. Benefits Available: Full-time Employee Benefits:
