Intellectual Property Attorney

We are looking for an Intellectual Property Patent Associate with 4-6 years of experience to join our clients, a reputable national AmLaw Firm, growing IP practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a mechanically-minded patent attorney to work across a diverse client base of 30,000+ clients nationwide, with strong support from a collaborative national platform. What will you be doing? Drafting and prosecuting U.S. provisional, utility, and international patent applications Preparing patentability opinions for clients in the mechanical engineering space Strategically planning and maintaining patent portfolios Working on matters involving machines and mechanical inventions Collaborating with a national IP team across multiple offices Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (non-negotiable - the team is very adamant on this) 4-6 years of patent drafting and prosecution experience USPTO registration required Juris Doctorate (JD) and bar license in the state of the applicable office Locations: Boston, Pittsburgh, DC, NY, and Princton, NJ #J-18808-Ljbffr Stonegate Workforce Group
