University Relations RecruiterAmerican Credit Acceptance (ACA) is looking for a University Relations Recruiter to help attract, engage, and hire the next generation of talent.You’ll build relationships across campus, partner with hiring teams, and manage recruiting for interns and early-career talent while creating a positive candidate experience and strengthening ACA’s early-talent pipeline.What You’ll DoBuild relationships across assigned universities and programs, partnering with career centers, faculty, student organizations, and other campus stakeholders to develop strong early-talent pipelines.Represent ACA on campus and virtually, planning and participating in career fairs, information sessions, networking events, student organization partnerships, and other recruiting activities.Manage full-cycle recruiting for internship and early-career roles, from sourcing and candidate engagement through interviews, offers, and pre-employment communication.Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, establish recruiting plans and timelines, evaluate candidates, and provide updates on hiring progress.Support ACA’s internship program, including orientation, professional development, networking, manager communication, and activities that strengthen the intern experience and support full-time conversion.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.1+ years of experience in recruiting, University Relations, campus recruiting, early-career recruiting, or a related Talent Acquisition role.Familiarity with recruiting platforms such as Handshake, LinkedIn, an ATS, or similar technologies.Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to engage candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple roles, events, deadlines, and candidate pipelines.Position DetailsThis is a full-time, Monday–Friday position operating in a professional office environment.
