Job Details Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM Position: Full-Time, On-Site Compensation: $20.00/hour + Commission Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL About Us Sasanian Caviar is a leading producer, processor, importer, and distributor of premium caviar and luxury gourmet products. In addition to sourcing from sustainable farms around the world, we proudly own and operate Northern Divine Aquafarms , our White Sturgeon and Coho Salmon farm in Sechelt, British Columbia. From our Fort Lauderdale headquarters, we supply chefs, restaurants, hotels, country clubs, retailers, and distributors across North America. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Regional Sales Representative to help grow our customer base through outbound sales and business development. This is an on-site position based in our Fort Lauderdale office, Monday through Friday , with regular travel to customer meetings, tastings, trade shows, and assigned territories. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and being rewarded for their performance through an hourly wage plus commission. Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business through outbound phone calls, emails, and in-person visits. Schedule and conduct customer meetings and caviar tastings. Build and maintain relationships with restaurants, hotels, country clubs, retailers, distributors, and other foodservice partners. Travel within assigned territories to visit customers and develop new accounts. Follow up on leads and generate new sales opportunities. Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity. Represent Sasanian Caviar at trade shows, industry events, and customer demonstrations. Collaborate with the customer success and operations teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Qualifications Previous B2B sales or foodservice sales experience preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable making cold calls and developing new business. Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude. Willingness to travel as needed, including occasional overnight travel. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Bachelor's degree preferred.
