The GRO Canadian Segment stream is a 24-month program that offers dynamic experiences across areas such as Manulife Bank, Group Benefits, Affinity, Strategy, and Insurance. Launch your career as a Business Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, Process Excellence Analyst, Strategy Analyst, Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or Automation Analyst when you join this stream and gain exposure to cross-functional project work. You’ll gain hands-on experience in business development and strategic planning while cultivating expertise that drives organizational success and customer impact.  You’ll develop a strong foundation in digital and analytical acumen, critical thinking and problem-solving. As part of GRO, you’ll join a vibrant community of peers, benefit from professional development sessions, core skills training, mentorship, leadership exposure, and be empowered to grow into a future-ready leader.  Position Responsibilities:Participate in the development and execution of strategic initiatives across various business functions.  Engage in project management activities that enhance digital capabilities and streamline processes within Manulife.
