Client Reporting Analyst III

Job Overview Responsible for developing reports to support management decision‑making within the Global Data & Reporting Operations (GDRO) team. The role requires designing, building, and maintaining automated reporting solutions using BI tools and AI‑assisted workflows. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated reports, dashboards, and scorecards using tools such as MicroStrategy and Tableau. Build and sustain ETL processes and relational data models from disparate database and cube sources. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate high‑level requirements into technical specifications. Create and update documentation, including metadata, workflow diagrams, and desktop procedures. Use AI‑assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate analysis, coding, documentation, and troubleshooting while ensuring quality and accuracy. Review and validate AI‑generated outputs for technical quality, accuracy, and alignment with business needs. Advise on responsible and effective adoption of AI tools within reporting and analytics workflows. Required Qualifications 3+ years of relevant experience in data reporting and analysis. Advanced SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases. Proficiency with BI reporting tools. Experience with version‑control systems (e.g., Git). Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical ability. Experience using Copilot or other AI assistants for analysis, documentation, and technical problem solving. Ability to critically review AI‑generated outputs before production use. Self‑motivation and ability to work independently on projects. Desired Qualifications Data mining experience using SQL queries. Understanding of reporting data governance. Process designer experience. Experience using GitHub Copilot for code development, debugging, refactoring, or documentation. Curiosity and initiative in identifying new AI‑enabled efficiencies and opportunities for continuous improvement.
