A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Successful completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for those yet to achieve ASHA certification.

Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Tennessee.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred but not mandatory.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification needed within 30 days of joining.
