Bay State Physical Therapy, a leading provider of outpatient physical therapy in the Northeast, is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. Part-time opportunity Monday - Thursday from 2:00pm-7:00pm. At the Lowell clinic, our team is at the center of everything we do. From monthly birthday potlucks and Friendsgiving in the fall, to cookie swaps during the holidays and seasonal company outings, we’ve built a culture that values connection, collaboration, and enjoying where you work. Clinically, we offer a dynamic environment that includes aquatic physical therapy within the Greater Lowell YMCA, along with a convenient location next to the Lowell Regional Transit Authority bus and train station.

Experience Needed:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
• Professional: Previous experience in a healthcare setting is desirable.
• Previous experience working with insurance companies obtaining insurance verifications and authorizations preferred.
