Responsibilities Support multiple team members and projects simultaneously and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment. Ensure all partner acquisition and onboarding tasks are performed according to schedule for multiple programs. Support partner inquiry responses and analysis. Support contract administration activities. Support data reporting needs for multiple program stakeholders and provide high‑level analysis of results. Track partner metrics and trends, including partner acquisitions, partner turnover (voluntary and involuntary), partner terminations, contract changes, and partner inquiries. Build key data sets to empower acquisition, onboarding and exploratory analysis; monitor key metrics and provide information to key stakeholders. Generate standard, custom, weekly, period, quarterly, annual and ad‑hoc reports as needed. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication, project management and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and be part of a team environment. Ability to work with potential partners in a direct capability. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, complex organization and meet deadlines. Expertise in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. High organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail. Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information. Qualifications, Education And Experience Associate’s degree or equivalent relevant experience, combined with 4+ years of related work experience.
