Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to support customers from a remote work environment while delivering responsive, detail-oriented service. This Long-term Contract position is based in Basking Ridge, New Jersey, and is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, handles a fast-paced workload with empathy, and is comfortable navigating digital tools throughout the day. The right candidate brings customer support experience, sound judgment, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:• Respond to a high volume of customer inquiries with patience and a service-focused approach.
• Provide clear and thoughtful support over phone and other communication channels, using sound judgment to address a wide range of customer needs.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues encountered in a work-from-home setting, including problems related to computers, applications, and browser use.
• Navigate multiple systems and browser windows efficiently to research information, document interactions, and complete follow-up tasks.
• Use collaboration and communication platforms such as Google Meet, Slack, and Gmail to stay connected with team members and support daily operations.
• Communicate solutions in a concise and easy-to-understand manner, ensuring customers feel heard and supported.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken to help ensure timely resolution and continuity of service.• At least 1 year of experience in a call center, customer service, or customer success role.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to speak clearly, professionally, and confidently.
• Demonstrated ability to show empathy and use practical judgment when handling customer concerns.
• Comfort with technology and the ability to work effectively from home while resolving basic technical or system-related issues.
• Experience working across multiple browser windows and web-based tools in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Google Meet, Slack, Gmail, or similar communication and collaboration platforms.
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of interactions while staying organized and attentive to detail.
