Our headquarters is located at 151 Dixon Avenue, Amityville, NY, and is an upscale and professional building.Job Description: Responsible for the oversight and supervising of custodial technicians assigned to clean this client location.Ensuring that the technician staff are adhering to the scope of work.Oversight that staff are removing debris, keeping areas neat and tidy, vacuuming and buffing floors, emptying trash receptacles and replace lining of trash cans.Maintaining a clean and safe environment for all. Supervisor should have a clear understanding of all job duties, be able to train new employees on cleaning techniques, clock in and clock out requirements. usage of equipment necessary to complete tasks.Must be an effective communicator, good listener. Oversees quality work within pre-set time frames. Trains on the use of personal protective equipment correctly such as safety glasses, wet floor signs etc.Prior Cleaning and Supervisory experience required. Key Requirements:Experience with Commercial cleaning industry a plus.Must speak fluent English and Spanish.Detail oriented and strong communication skills.Results oriented: the ability to resolve challenges and emergencies at a moments notice.Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for employment.
