Job Description Fenwick & West is seeking current federal judicial clerks with one to three years of experience to join our Litigation practice group after clerking. This is an outstanding opportunity for early‑career litigators to work alongside leading lawyers on complex, precedent‑setting matters for some of the world’s most innovative technology and life sciences companies. The successful candidate will join a collaborative team handling a diverse docket spanning intellectual property disputes, securities and regulatory enforcement matters, and high‑value general commercial litigation. Associates at Fenwick are given meaningful substantive responsibility from day one. Candidate Requirements We require that the candidate be barred in the state of the office they are submitting their application for or be eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam. The anticipated salary range is $225,000–$390,000, depending on qualifications, experience, education, certifications, and location. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance. Temporary employees are generally not entitled to benefits.
