Front of House Staff

Layla Bagels is a fast-growing bagel and coffee chain in Los Angeles, California, focusing on amazing bagels and an amazing guest experience. Layla’s hand-rolled sourdough bagels, innovative sandwich and pastry menu, and specialty coffee bring joy to our customers through the highest quality seasonal ingredients, friendly, efficient service, and a dedication to excellence. With three bustling locations, we’re looking to grow our team as our business expands. 

We’re seeking energetic, efficient, and warm individuals to join Layla Bagels as Front-of-House team members. Front-of-House team members are responsible for::

• Ensuring excellent customer service experience from store open to store close
• Mastering all front-of-house stations, including the register, coffee bar, and expo, as well as cleaning and side tasks
• Collaborating effectively with team members throughout the restaurant
• Taking and giving feedback in the promotion of a culture of growth and development
• Addressing and resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintaining food quality, building safety, and sanitation standards

Front-of-House team members can be full- or part-time, and the position is non-exempt (eligible for overtime). The compensation range for this position is from $19 to $21 dollars an hour, and earns tips.
