The Cloud Operations team is looking for a Process Business Analyst.

The Process Business Analyst will be a part of a small, high-end team and will assist the Cloud Operations Process Re-engineering.

The role requires a solid understanding of best-practices around process reengineering methodologies and related deliverables.

Reengineering efforts will be focused around cloud related operations, development operations and application migration support services running on public cloud, virtualized and non-virtualized platforms.

Additionally, a solid understanding of ITIL processes as they relate to public/private cloud operations, governance, management and support would be preferred.

The role's primary focus is assisting the Cloud Operations Process Re-engineering Team in reviewing existing processes and developing, integrating and simplifying the ongoing operational support of cloud infrastructure and application deployments of the company's applications in the public cloud.

In addition, the Process Business Analyst is responsible for creating and improving policies, procedures, roles and responsibilities and facilitating communication.
