This is an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and build long-term relationships with contractors, municipalities, industrial facilities, and commercial clients throughout the region. Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year based on experience + commission Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets across waterworks, industrial tools, and safety product categories. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize performance and customer satisfaction. Identify new business opportunities within municipal, construction, industrial, utility, and commercial markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, engineers, procurement teams, and key stakeholders. Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations focused on water supply systems, industrial equipment, and workplace safety solutions. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive advantage. Collaborate with marketing and vendor partners to develop effective promotional campaigns and product initiatives. Oversee CRM activities, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting for senior leadership. Ensure team knowledge and compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and product applications. Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and field support to drive engagement and accountability. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably within waterworks, industrial supply, construction, safety equipment, or related distribution industries. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals. Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to inspire and coach others. Knowledge of industrial tools, PPE, safety products, water infrastructure materials, or contractor supply markets is highly preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Strong analytical and strategic planning skills. Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
