Director, Ventures Business Development

The Director of Ventures at Northwell Health will lead the strategic corporate venture capital and innovation efforts. This role involves directing operations, developing investment strategies, and fostering partnerships to enhance healthcare solutions. The position is pivotal in shaping the future of healthcare through innovation and collaboration. What You’ll Do Lead and organize all Ventures operations and staff. Develop strategic vision for Venture operations. Identify areas for strategic investment based on trends. Evaluate potential partnerships and investments. Oversee new business projects and presentations. Support portfolio companies in their growth. What You Need Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required. Master’s Degree preferred. 8-12 years of related experience required. 7+ years of leadership/management experience. What You’ll Love Be part of a team that drives innovation in healthcare.
