Front Office Manager DoubleTree by Hilton Washington DC Crystal City (Job Number: HOT0CK06) Location DoubleTree Crystal City, 300 Army Navy Drive, Arlington, VA 22202-2891 Schedule Full-time Responsibilities Manage all Front Office operations including guest service, registration, room inventory, quality, cost controls, marketing, systems, budgeting, policy implementation and meeting participation. Supervise, schedule, evaluate and coach Front Office team members (guest service agents, communications operators and Bellstaff/Drivers). Monitor and improve service and satisfaction trends, address issues and implement improvements. Ensure compliance with Hilton company standards and local regulations. Greet guests, respond to inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely, friendly manner. Lead up‑selling initiatives to maximize occupancy and revenue. Maintain current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and local events. Complete audit procedures as needed. Recruit, interview and train team members. Qualifications & Requirements Previous hotel front office leadership experience overseeing a union team. OnQ certification preferred. Experience driving hotel enrollment and ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction. Demonstrated commitment to Hilton Values: Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership, and Urgency.
