Job Description Coordinate and supervise a designated area or functions within the store, in support of driving sales to meet budgets, create a positive customer experience and profitable sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Deliver consistent, exceptional customer service Delivery quality, profitable sales according to an established budget Work collaboratively as part of a team to answer any queries Ensure all visual merchandise is presented to a quality standard Monitor and assist with the web orders that come through to store, this includes picking, packing and organizing delivery in a timely manner Ensure all sales activities meet compliance and legislative requirements, with emphasis on Consumer Law and Safety Qualifications Key Competencies for Success in This Role Customer Focus- Does everything through eyes of the customer.
