Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health concerns to inform the development of individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy tailored to the specific needs and backgrounds of clients, including approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Set collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and regularly monitor and document their progress to ensure optimal outcomes throughout the treatment journey.

• Offer flexible teletherapy options for clients, making therapy more accessible to those who may face barriers to in-person care.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation that meets ethical standards and regulatory requirements, reinforcing our practice’s dedication to professionalism and confidentiality.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and peer supervision to enhance your clinical expertise and stay current with emerging mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and your ability to engage empathetically with each one will play a critical role in their healing process.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish a safe, trusting, and respectful therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Empathy and a non-judgmental approach to client experiences and challenges.
\n
• Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities, ensuring effective case documentation and adherence to departmental procedures.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in providing teletherapy or remote mental health services is highly preferred, with familiarity in using telehealth platforms.

• Prior experience working with trauma-informed care models will be beneficial in this role.

• Specialization or experience in working with specific populations, such as youth, LGBTQ+ individuals, or those with chronic mental health conditions.
