Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health and substance abuse history, ensuring an accurate understanding of their needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other proven methodologies.

• Collaborate effectively with other treatment team members, including psychiatrists and case managers, to create individualized treatment plans that promote integrated care.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families, encouraging active involvement in the recovery process and overall well-being.

• Maintain detailed and organized clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and ethical standards, ensuring compliance and availability for reviews.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a stable client population that has been pre-screened to ensure low to moderate acuity levels. This allows for a focused therapeutic approach where you can dedicate your skills to fostering growth and recovery in your clients. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Current state licensure as LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD is mandatory for this position.

• Demonstrated experience in providing telehealth therapy, particularly with adolescents and young adults.

• Willingness to participate in ongoing training focused on our evidence-based treatment pathways to enhance your therapeutic effectiveness.

Compensation and Benefits\n
