Aerospace Precision CNC Machining Specialist (5‑Axis Mill & Lathe)
Location: Bartlett, IL
Industry: Aerospace & Engine Component Manufacturing
Your shift, your craft
Step into a modern, highly invested manufacturing environment dedicated to building precision parts for aerospace and engine applications. On second shift, you’ll own your cell and keep production moving with advanced multi‑axis equipment.
- 4:00 PM: Arrive, review work orders, load tools and fixtures on CNC lathes and 5‑axis mills.
- Evening: Set up, operate, and monitor multi‑axis CNC equipment while machining tight‑tolerance aerospace and engine components.
- Throughout the shift: Keep parts flowing, make efficient changeovers, and stay ready for consistent overtime.
- 2:00 AM: Wrap up with a clean, organized station and handoff notes.

- 5+ axis vertical machining centers (VMC)
- Multi‑axis CNC lathes
Pay & schedule
- Hourly: $23–$35
- Shift: 2nd shift, 4:00 PM–2:00 AM
- Overtime: Consistent opportunities
