Temporary HR Generalist

LaSalle Network, has partnered with a client, who is seeking a Temporary HR Generalist to provide hands-on Human Resources support during a transitional period. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can quickly build relationships while supporting a wide range of HR functions.



Responsibilities

• Support benefits administration, including assisting during an HRIS transition
• Partner with managers on employee relations matters, including coaching and policy interpretation
• Assist employees with FMLA, leave administration, and general HR policy questions
• Support workplace investigations and other employee relations matters
• Process unemployment claims and related documentation
• Assist with recruiting activities, including candidate screening for a variety of positions
• Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding activities
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and HR committee activities
• Provide general HR support as needed across the department

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience
• Experience in the healthcare or medical industry is preferred
• Experience working with ADP is required
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, benefits, leave administration, and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Pay Rate: $30-$40/hour, based on experience
