Asset & Wealth Management, UI/UX Design, Associate - New York New York, NY, United States Job Description AWM – Designer – Associate, Product Design Wealth Management The Wealth Management Design team is responsible for delivering tools and products empowering clients and customers around the world to reach their financial goals. Our advisor-led wealth management businesses provide financial planning, investment management, banking and comprehensive advice to a wide range of clients, including ultra-high net worth and high net worth individuals, as well as family offices, foundations and endowments, and corporations and their employees. Our consumer business provides digital solutions for customers to better save. We are looking for designers who can dive into complex problems to deliver intuitive and impactful products, while focusing on cultivating a culture of collaboration, exploration, and growth. Your Impact Contribute to end-to-end design across digital channels to deliver world-class digital products and service solutions Uphold and contribute to the high level of creativity and innovation standards across our digital products Leverage data and insights into actionable outcomes and informed decisions Distill complex problems into elegantly simple, intuitive designs with an eye for the details Collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders to identify the problem, desired outcome, and new opportunities Actively participate in and contribute to moving design projects through the product design process, including discovery, concept, detailed design and implementation, and facilitating progress at each stage Create clear, compelling and cohesive prototypes and presentations that frame context with priority and need so audiences can be taken on an informative and intuitive journey Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Cognitive Science or related fields At least 3 years industry experience in product design or related field A background designing complex financial applications a big plus Strong understanding and proficiency in all parts of human-centered design, including research, experience strategy, user flows, journey mapping, wireframing, information architecture, UX/UI, usability testing, and accessibility A portfolio that demonstrates experience in designing and contributing to product releases Entrepreneurial drive and a desire to work in a complex, commercially focused, fast-paced environment Ability to understand, balance and solve both business and user needs Ability to adapt to new priorities, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and “think on your feet.” Experience with Figma, as well as design systems Ability to develop relationships across multiple stakeholder groups Job Info Job Identification 172064 Job Category Associate Posting Date 06/03/2026, 02:30 PM Locations New York, NY, United States Healthcare & Medical Services We offer competitive vacation policies based on employee level and office location.
