Customer Technical Support

Our clientis seeking a Customer Technical Support professional to join their team. As a Customer Technical Support specialist, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting internal end-users. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a strong sense of urgency, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Customer Technical Support Location: Onsite in St. Louis, MO (no remote candidates) What's the Job? Provide internal end-user support for hardware, software, and networking solutions. Assist with help desk (L1) and onsite desk side (L2) support for employees working onsite and remotely. Manage incidents and requests using ServiceNow, while also supporting tasks outside of ticketing systems. Deliver high-touch, white glove client support in a fast-paced environment. Support hardware troubleshooting, imaging, configuration, and deployment of HP and Lenovo laptops/desktops. What's Needed? 3-5+ years of experience providing technical support in an enterprise environment. Proficiency in hardware troubleshooting, including HP and Lenovo devices. Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 OS and Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft 365. Experience with enterprise tools such as remote support software, VPN, Active Directory, and PowerShell.
