Healthcare - HEDIS Medical Record Collector

Medical Records Collector
This will be a hybrid role. Candidate will be traveling to pick up medical records from various provider offices and may need to take records to Molina to be shredded. Candidate should reside in San Diego. Expected schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00am -4:30pm/8:30am-5:00pm (depending on lunch duration) Pacific Standard Time. Possible weekends and overtime.
Day to day job duties include checking in with manager and team at start of shift, processing incoming records, pulling EMR, outreach, travel to onsite retrieval based on appointments, scanning or downloading retrieved medical records. And conduct research for locations stating not my patient.
Top skills required: EMR, valid driver's license, insurance. Required education/certification(s): Highschool or equivalent. Required years of experience: at least 1 year. Additional IT equipment required: 2 monitors, portable scanner, secured USB device (if unable to supply, please advise so we can get in contact with IT).
There's a potential to extend past 3 months. If we have an open requisition in the future and the candidate meets requirements, they're welcome to apply.
