Enterprise Account Executive

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our team focusing on enterprise accounts. Job Description Employment Status: Full-Time Regular NexRev empowers our customersto understand and control energy consumption across all locations with ourmulti-site,cloud-based EMS and BMS solutions. We bring process-driven intelligence and AI to facilities management to deliver visibility, remote control, and significant cost savings. NexRev offers a complete range of managed services delivered by our in-house experts. We are seeking an ambitious and driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our team focusing on enterprise accounts. In this hunter role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new enterprise level customers. This role offers a lucrative compensation package including a competitive base salary, commission structure, and benefits. If you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and have the tenacity to land major enterprise deals, we want to hear from you! The preferred location is our Plano, TX headquarters, however, exceptional remote candidates will be considered. This role reports to the VP of Sales. Responsibilities Achieving quarterly and annual sales targets. Prospecting and generating new business opportunities. Delivering compelling solution presentations that showcase key capabilities and differentiators. Negotiating pricing and contractual terms to close complex, high-value deals. Driving the entire sales cycle from initial customer identification to close. Utilizing effective sales strategies to successfully close deals. Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams. Engage technical staff and product specialists as required to address customer requirements. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and forecasting in CRM. Conduct all activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity. Requirements 5+ years of sales experience. Ability to travel nationwide up to 50%. Engineering, HVAC, or technical background is desired but not required. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
