Position Overview

Superb Life Living Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Freehold, New Jersey. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a diverse range of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions within an outpatient setting. Working onsite, you will directly contribute to enhancing patients' quality of life while promoting their independence and well-being. The compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations, including assessment of patients’ medical histories, physical capabilities, and functional limitations to create personalized treatment plans.
• Communicate assessment findings and treatment plans effectively to patients and their families, ensuring active involvement in goal setting and care strategies.
• Implement and adjust treatment protocols based on ongoing assessments and patient responses, ensuring alignment with best healthcare practices.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care and document any significant changes in patient conditions.
• Prepare accurate documentation of patient encounters, treatment progress, and discharge planning, while adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Manage time effectively while meeting departmental productivity expectations and maintaining an organized schedule.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives and marketing activities to promote access to care and the services offered at our clinic.
• Engage in professional development by pursuing continuing education and mentoring students or new staff.
• Foster a positive experience for patients by promoting flexibility and understanding of their unique needs during therapy sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic caters to a diverse patient population, including adults recovering from surgery, athletes rehabilitating from sports injuries, and individuals managing chronic pain or mobility issues. The ideal candidate will demonstrate cultural competence and adaptability in treating patients from various backgrounds and with varying needs, ensuring personalized and effective therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid physical therapy license in the State of New Jersey.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association as a Basic Life Support (BLS) provider is mandatory.

Preferred Experience

• While two years of prior physical therapy experience is preferred, new graduates are encouraged to apply. We value a strong willingness to learn and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Compensation and Benefits
