Project Manager

Key Responsibilities Project Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including: Project goals and milestones Scheduling and resource allocation Risk identification and mitigation plans Budget management and cost control Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Procurement, Site Services, Subcontractors) to ensure timely and compliant project execution. Manage multiple projects simultaneously depending on scope and complexity. Customer & Commercial Management Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing:Commercial matters Schedule adherence Change requests and contract modifications Review and approve purchase requisitions and monitor project expenditures against approved budgets. Ensure compliance with contractual technical and commercial requirements. Technical & Operational Oversight Collaborate with technical leadership to define and align project scope and objectives. Monitor project performance against technical specifications and contractual deliverables. Coordinate erection and commissioning activities in accordance with contractual stipulations. Track and manage non-conformity reports (NCRs) and support resolution during construction phases. Obtain customer acceptance and final project sign-off. Reporting & Documentation Prepare monthly project status reports for management and customers. Establish and maintain structured reporting and documentation standards. Ensure accurate tracking of supervision activities and invoicing in accordance with contractual terms. Quality, Safety & Compliance Perform all activities in compliance with:Tenova technical standards ISO quality systems and procedures Safety and environmental regulations Support continuous improvement initiatives and adherence to company procedures. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering 5-10 years of experience in industrial project management Experience in EPC or EPCM environments Strong understanding of contract types and commercial terms Experience managing budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (SAP or similar) Strong communication and negotiation skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Tenova
