How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Scheduling & Referrals: Coordinate external medical appointments, referrals, and schedule changes for assigned patients.
• EHR Documentation: Log all appointments, special instructions, and patient details accurately into the electronic medical system.
• Provider Contact Management: Maintain and regularly update the external provider contact directory.
• Protocol & Compliance: Follow site-specific workflows and keep documentation up to date to ensure compliance.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
