Location: Marquette, MI (850 West Baraga Avenue)

Start Date: 08/05/2026

Duration: Ongoing, 10-14 days/month

Shift: 6am6pm in facility, 6pm6am on-call, 24 hours

Hours/Week: Varies based on schedule

Employment Type: Per diem, W-2

License/Certifications: NRP certified, Board Eligible/Board Certified in Neonatology preferred

Experience: Previous Neonatology experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Provide specialized neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting
• Manage respiratory distress, pulmonary hypertension, sepsis, seizures, and other critical conditions
• Perform intubation, chest tube placement, central line placements, spinal taps, and exchange transfusions
• Support ventilator management, including oscillators and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO)
• Stabilize surgical cases for transport and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Support neonates including VLBW and NAS infants
• Ensure comprehensive patient care in a well-equipped, supportive environment

What You Need

• Required: Valid state license, NRP certified, Neonatology experience preferred
• Preferred: Board certification or eligibility in Neonatology, experience with advanced neonatal procedures, team-oriented attitude
