Staff Data Scientist - Digital Assets

Salary: $195,000 - 257,500 per year Requirements:

• We bring 7+ years of experience in data science.
• We have strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as R or Python for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling.
• We have a solid grasp of statistics and practical experience applying statistical methods to understand business performance and customer behavior.
• We have a proven track record of planning and leading analytical and data science initiatives.
• We bring excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• We have strong cross-functional collaboration skills and can influence a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Experience with blockchain data and finance data is preferred, though not required.

• We conduct strategic analysis, modeling, and research to uncover opportunities to improve our business.
• We partner with Digital Assets, Finance, Treasury, and Risk teams to translate business needs into core tables, investigate product usage, study how other digital asset products work onchain, and perform research that supports best-in-class product development.
• We build measurement frameworks to evaluate product portfolio success and identify areas for improvement.
• We create data visualizations that communicate analytical and data science findings clearly across the business.
• We develop scalable automation solutions using SQL, dashboards, and related tools to increase leverage for ourselves and the digital assets team.
• We occasionally present our findings to larger audiences to educate them on our digital asset products and ecosystem.
• We work closely with business partners to better understand our products and use data to support stronger decision-making.
