You’ll work across teams, support active funding programs, and have visibility into how financial decisions drive outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesManage accounts receivable processes, including posting payments, reconciliations, and agingPrepare and review monthly financial statements for assigned programsTrack grant activity (revenue, reimbursements, drawdowns) and keep cash flow movingPerform budget vs. actual analysis and follow up on variancesSupport grant compliance and reporting, including audit preparationPartner with program teams, leadership, and accounting colleagues across the organizationIdentify and resolve discrepancies to keep financials clean and accurateQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting (or similar background)Around 3+ years of accounting experienceExperience with AR, financial reporting, and general accountingComfortable working in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)Strong communication skills and a team-first mindsetAbility to work on-site in San AntonioGrant accounting experience (federal, state, or local funding)Experience with Acumatica ERP or similar accounting systemsBackground in nonprofit or multi-funding environments
