- Drafting, formatting and editing legal correspondence
- Preparing and managing detailed contracts
- Maintaining client files, filing court documents and document management
- Preparing attorney billing documents
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Extensive client and vendor contact
- Assist with trial preparation
Candidates must possess advanced administrative and technical skills, outstanding written an verbal communication, a proactive work style, and high level of professional savvy.
Previous legal experience preferred!
