Indicate ranking [ 1-5 (5 best 1 worst) ] from your candidate pre-screening process in the following areas:Hands on coding exercise –Architecture –Behavioral standard –with Reactive Programming (RxJava), Dependency Injection (Dagger), Retrofit and Kotlinnative devBrief write up-(need how many apps they made, links)Role:5-7 development experience2-3 Android development experienceFin Tech / Banking experience (nice but not necessary)Example apps in the stores5-7 years' experience on native devExperience with Reactive Programming (RxJava), Dependency Injection (Dagger), Retrofit and KotlinTechnical degree or additional experienceThe ideal candidate will have:Proven Experience: Hands-on mobile development experience.App Store Presence: Experience with publishing applications in mobile app stores.Android Expertise: Android development within an enterprise environment.Kotlin Mastery: Experience with Kotlin, Reactive Programming, Constructs, Coroutines, Dependency Injection (Dagger), Retrofit, and Jetpack Architecture components.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, and other relevant programming languages.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
