We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Labware, LIMS, and FMS, and will be proficient in English. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of business processes and technical skills to drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for various projects.
• Oversee the development and implementation of solutions that meet business needs.
• Provide expertise in Labware, LIMS, and FMS to ensure technical accuracy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct regular meetings with project teams to track progress and address issues.
• Analyze data to identify trends and make informed recommendations.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete and up to date.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
• Monitor project outcomes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Possess a strong background in business analysis with 10 to 12 years of experience.
• Demonstrate expertise in Labware, LIMS, and FMS.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Show proficiency in developing and managing project plans.
• Have a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Have experience in facilitating meetings and workshops.
• Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Show attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
