Responsibilities
• Process monthly parts payables accurately and on time
• Order supplies for multiple departments and track usage
• Stock vehicles into our CRM with complete and accurate information
• Pay off liens on trade-in vehicles and ensure proper documentation
• Sort and prepare deals for funding
• Assist the accounting team with daily administrative tasks
• Maintain organized records and support smooth workflow across departments
• Communicate clearly with managers and vendors as needed

Qualifications
• Basic accounting knowledge preferred
• Dealership experience helpful but not required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Friendly, professional, and dependable demeanor
• Comfortable learning new systems and processes

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
