The ideal candidate will have three to six years of experience in corporate law, focusing on mergers & acquisitions and general corporate matters. Duties Lead due diligence teams and manage specialists. Draft transaction documents with precision. Handle multiple assignments with minimal supervision. Requirements Three to six years of experience in corporate law. Proven experience in mergers & acquisitions. Excellent writing skills and superior academic credentials. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in the state of California. Skills Strong leadership and management abilities. Exceptional organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Life, health, accident, and disability insurance. Productivity and discretionary bonuses.
