Mid-Level/Senior Corporate M&A Associate

Overview The role requires demonstrated experience in M&A and/or private equity transactions, with an eagerness to work with emerging growth companies and funds. Candidates can expect to collaborate with the general corporate group in a team oriented environment. Salary Range: $260,000 - $390,000 Job Requirements:

JD 2020-2023

Previous large law firm experience required. Candidates must be admitted or eligible to waive into the State Bar of New York or California. Eagerness to work with emerging growth companies and funds. Demonstrated experience in M&A and/or private equity transactions. Excellent written and oral communication skills are highly valued.
